Rental Transaction Limits for AU Credit Cards

Published on

AU Small Finance Bank has recently implemented a rental transaction limit for AU Credit Cards users, capping each rental transaction at 50% of the cardholder’s total credit limit. However, cardholders can still utilize their entire credit limit for rental payments by making multiple transactions. This move reflects the bank’s commitment to enhancing the customer experience by encouraging responsible financial decisions through clear limits.

The update ensures that cardholders can continue using their AU Credit Cards without disruptions and helps avoid declined transactions by clearly defining rental transaction limits. Users are advised to check their specific transaction limit before using their card for rentals.

For AU Altura, AU Altura+, AU LIT, and AU Xcite credit cards, up to 50% of the credit limit can be used for rentals, while for AU Vetta, AU Zenith, AU Xcite Ace, AU Business Cashback, and AU Xcite Ultra Credit Cards, the limit is set at 30%.
