ICICI Bank has launched the ‘iShop Rewards 360’ portal for enhanced credit card benefits.

ICICI Bank has introduced its dedicated rewards platform, iShop Rewards 360, offering credit cardholders an opportunity to maximize their rewards. This new portal functions similarly to HDFC Bank’s SmartBuy and Axis Bank’s GrabDeals, providing users extra benefits for shopping and travel bookings.

With iShop Rewards 360, ICICI credit card users can earn accelerated rewards when purchasing gift vouchers or making travel-related bookings through the portal.

ICICI Bank is now offering attractive returns on spends made through its newly launched iShop Rewards 360 portal. Customers holding premium cards like the Times Black and Emeralde Private Credit Card stand to earn the highest reward rates on their purchases.

The launch of iShop has come as a pleasant surprise to ICICI Bank’s customer base. The platform serves as a one-stop destination for travel bookings and shopping vouchers, featuring a wide range of popular brands. Notably, customers can purchase vouchers without paying any convenience fees, including those for Amazon—a rare benefit among rewards platforms.

This move marks a significant shift for ICICI Bank, which has historically been known for modest credit card reward rates. With the introduction of iShop and its generous offerings, many are speculating that redemption options for Airmiles could be the next big feature on the horizon.
