Following earlier reports of Axis Bank discontinuing complimentary airport lounge access, ICICI Bank has now followed suit. DreamFolks had previously announced:“This is to inform that the Company runs various programs for Axis Bank and ICICI Bank. Certain programs of the abovementioned clients have been closed w.e.f. July 01, 2025. However, we would like to also apprise that our contracts with above clients are still valid.”
As of now, ICICI Bank Credit Cards no longer provide access to airport lounges through the DreamFolks Web Access portal. Users attempting to register their ICICI cards are encountering error code 20405, indicating that the service is inactive.
While DreamFolks has confirmed the conclusion of its partnership with ICICI Bank for airport lounge access, it remains unclear whether this disruption is temporary or permanent. However, signs point toward a permanent change. On a positive note, railway lounge access using ICICI Bank Credit Cards—such as the Coral Credit Card—continues to function via the same portal, as confirmed by recent user screenshots.

The airport lounge access landscape has been shifting rapidly, from the launch of the new Adani LoungeOne platform to the phased exit of legacy access providers. The removal of ICICI Bank from DreamFolks marks another major change. Whether this transition is final or subject to revision is yet to be seen.
In the meantime, both ICICI and Axis Bank cardholders can use the Adani LoungeOne platform to register their cards and generate digital access codes for lounge entry. However, the current lounge list on Adani’s platform is limited, though more additions are expected soon.
Just yesterday, Arun Bansal, CEO of Adani Airport Holdings, stated:“This is a simple use of a technology platform developed by our in-house Digital Labs team. Our aim is to deliver world-class service and shift passenger experience from ‘anxiety to excitement’. We’ve migrated a few banks already, and in the coming months, we plan to onboard all banks and cardholders to our platform.”
For now, travelers are advised to carry their physical credit cards for lounge access and present them directly at the counter, as the process of generating digital QR codes has become increasingly unreliable and inconvenient.
